Shipping
Shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you carry out your purchase. For orders that are $120 or more will have no shipping fee added however for orders under $120 shipping will be from $13.50 for Domestic (within Australia) and will be shipped within 2-3 business days. For International Shipping please contact us through our email or social media, as we are still working to get the best International Shipping Cost. Free deliveries are available to customers located in Sunshine Coast (From Noosa Heads to Caloundra, out to Maleny), and will be dropped off within 1-3 business days.
Returns
Your Clothing can be returned within 30 days of your delivery date for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at ymydclothing@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns costs will be at your own expense unless we have agreed otherwise. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always email us any questions at ymydclothing@outlook.com.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
